Hot Yoga Bliss: What Your Amazing Week Includes

  • 2 Hot Yoga Classes Daily in authentic heated room. All classes are the traditional 26 postures with 2 breathing exercises with certified Bikram Yoga Instructors. On Hot Yoga/Hot Pilates Mashup, there will be both Yoga and Pilates Instructors

  • Three delicious meals each day served at the Buena Vista Restaurant overlooking the bay additional restaurant options available.

  • All beverages included throughout the day:
    purified water, sparkling water, fresh juices, all day smoothie bar and full open bar after evening classes. All drinks are included (including alcohol but please use discretion as the vacation is a purifying experience!)

  • Private beach, (European-style, clothing optional) infinity pool, two outdoor Jacuzzis on the cliffs to bask in all day long

  • Yoga mats and towels provided. Purified water, fruit and juice after every class.

  • Mexican Temazcal (spiritual cleanse) held twice weekly

  • One 1/2 hour massage included. You can book additional time as often as you wish with 2 massage therapists on site. Check out the list of services here

  • Horseback riding and ecological mangrove tour

  • Free transportation to and from the airport in air-conditioned van.

  • End of week beach party!

Additional optional tours

  • Mid-week Cruise around Tenacatita Bay
     $50 per person based on minimum 10 people signing up

  • Mid-week Dinner at beach-side restaurant
     $40 per person includes dinner in La Manzanilla at Restaurant Martin with visit to the Crocodile Sanctuary

  • Shopping Day at the  colorful village of Barra de Navidad
     $45 per person which includes transportation back and forth and Lunch on the beach!
