You will find that - after doing two classes daily and practicing Temazcal (Mexican Spiritual Ceremony) we do it Wednesday and Saturdays - you will start to achieve a state of absolute yoga bliss!

What Our Bikram Method Week Includes

All retreats start on either Saturday or Sunday to accommodate travelers from both US and Canadian coasts, Europe and Asia. Weekends (Saturday & Sundays) will be morning class only .For schedule click here.

2 Hot Yoga Classes Daily in authentic heated room. All classes are the traditional 26 postures with 2 breathing exercises with certified Bikram Yoga Instructors. On PowerBliss Hot Yoga Week there will be both Yoga and Pilates Instructors.

Three delicious meals each day served at the Buena Vista Restaurant overlooking the bay additional restaurant options available.

All beverages included throughout the day: purified water, sparkling water, fresh juices, all day smoothie bar and full open bar after evening classes. All drinks are included (including alcohol but please use discretion as the vacation is a purifying experience!)

Private beach, (European-style, clothing optional) infinity pool, two outdoor Jacuzzis on the cliffs to bask in all day long

Yoga mats and towels provided. Purified water, fruit and juice after every class.

Mexican Temazcal (spiritual cleanse) held twice weekly

One 1/2 hour massage included. You can book additional time as often as you wish with 2 massage therapists on site. Check out the list of services here

Horseback riding and ecological mangrove tour. Oceanside Villa purchases recieve either one FREE Surf or SUP lesson or a complimentary cruise. Transportation to and from Punta Serena is extra

Once your deposit is made you will receive an invoice with your balance due.

Deposits are fully refundable up until 45 days prior. After that deposits may be used as a credit to future retreats.
