2 Hot Yoga Classes Daily in authentic heated room. All classes are the traditional 26 postures with 2 breathing exercises with certified Bikram Yoga Instructors. On PowerBlissYoga Weeks.... there will be both Bikram Yoga and PowerBliss Yoga Instructors
Three delicious meals each day served at the Buena Vista Restaurant overlooking the bay additional restaurant options available.
All beverages included throughout the day:
purified water, sparkling water, fresh juices, all day smoothie bar and full open bar after evening classes. All drinks are included (including alcohol but please use discretion as the vacation is a purifying experience!)
Private beach, (European-style, clothing optional) infinity pool, two outdoor Jacuzzis on the cliffs to bask in all day long
Yoga mats and towels provided. Purified water, fruit and juice after every class.
Mexican Temazcal (spiritual cleanse) held twice weekly
One 1/2 hour massage included (only included on full 8 Day/7 Night Packages)
