What Our Vegan Hot Yoga Bliss Week Includes
2 Hot Yoga Classes Daily in authentic heated room. All classes are the traditional 26 postures with 2 breathing exercises with certified Bikram Yoga Instructors. On any PowerBliss Week, there will be both Yoga and Hot Vinyasa Instructors
Three delicious meals each day served at the Buena Vista Restaurant overlooking the bay additional restaurant options available. For Vegan Week, there will be a regular menu available for those who are coming on a seperate trip
All beverages included throughout the day:
purified water, sparkling water, fresh juices, all day smoothie bar and full open bar after evening classes.
All drinks are included (including alcohol but please use discretion as the vacation is a purifying experience!)
Private beach, (European-style, clothing optional) infinity pool, two outdoor Jacuzzis on the cliffs to bask in all day long
Yoga mats and towels provided. Purified water, fruit and juice after every class. All Vegan
Mexican Temazcal (spiritual cleanse) held twice weekly
One 1/2 hour massage included. You can book additional time as often as you wish with 2 massage therapists on site. Check out the list of services here
