Punta Serena Spa and Resort is the ideal vacation spot for your Hot Yoga Bliss experience. Now we have added what everyone has been asking for: Hot Yoga Bliss Yoga and Surf Week! Although the Bay of Tenacatita (where the resort is located is quite calm and ideal for SUP - we have now found an awesome surf beach right near our resort called Arroyo Seco - still part of the beautiful Costa alegre (Happy Coast). Tuesday and Thursday will be surf days.
After surfing, enjoy smoothies, juices and wines and cocktails and an outrageous sunset.

All retreats can start on either Saturday or Sunday to accommodate travelers from both US and Canadian coasts, Europe and Asia. Weekends (Saturday & Sundays) will be morning class only.For schedule click here.

Two Hot Yoga Classes Daily in authentic heated room. All classes are the traditional 26 postures with 2 breathing exercises with certified Bikram Yoga Instructors. On Hot Yoga SUP/Surf weeks there will be Certified SUP Yoga Instructors

Three delicious meals each day served at the Buena Vista Restaurant overlooking the bay additional restaurant options available.

All beverages included throughout the day:
purified water, sparkling water, fresh juices, all day smoothie bar and full open bar after evening classes. All drinks are included (including alcohol but please use discretion as the vacation is a purifying experience!)

Private beach, (European-style, clothing optional) infinity pool, two outdoor Jacuzzis on the cliffs to bask in all day long

Yoga mats and towels provided. Purified water, fruit and juice after every class.
