The week is all-inclusive with breakfast, lunch and dinner served daily from the on-site Buena Vista restaurant as well as four other dining options. We now feature vegan and vegetarian options for all three meals. We highly recommend speaking to Bruce and other instructors about nutritional needs. Bruce studied nutrition in college and is presently studying body ketosis and PH balance

Since our launch in 2011 we have welcomed guests from all over the world! Many of them arriving as strangers and leaving as friends. Our retreats are extremely relaxed and flexible with guests welcome to do as much or as little as they like
Whether you have been practising for just a few weeks or years, you are not in a boot camp or have to follow a strict regiment. You are on a vacation and an amazing one at that

We have the most authentic hot yoga room you can possibly imagine. We have calibrated temperature with humidity to perfectly represent what is a true hot yoga class

There are only 23 and every room is just a few steps away from the yoga room. Ocean breezes and the sound of the surf will lull you to sleep

When you're not working on that yoga body inside the hot room, you can dive further into your state of Yoga Bliss via the resort's Infinity pool, cliffside jacuzzi or the private beach just steps away. European-style clothing option for the beach
There is not much temperature change throughout the year except for the summer (rainy season). You will find the weather to be mostly sunny every day. Sometimes a few clouds will pass through

We have two huge Jacuzzis that sit literally over the Pacific ocean. It's warm waters will soothe you after a sweaty class! After doing two classes daily you will start to feel amazing
We have two pools: an Infinity pool steps frpm the yoga room and a lap pool for swimmers!

Temazcal is a traditional ceremony that is a staple at Punta Serena Resort & Spa. We take part (it is optional) and begin after morning class with sun salutations and a journey to the beach to begin a process of exfoliation which leads to purification. Special mud is applied and then the fun begins. The sweat cave is a safe place that is supposed to represent the "mother's womb." It's literally an aromatic vapor bath with fresh herbs. Many guests have written in their reviews about Temazcal, claiming a transformative experience
It is something that truly cannot be explained! You will find that after doing two classes daily and practicing Temazcal you will start to achieve a state of absolute yoga bliss!
For other activities, you can book horseback riding along the beach, boat rentals & excursions. Surfing and SUP is available at nearby Arroyo Seco beach.
