Annie ory
2018 WOMEN'S WARRIOR INSTRUCTOR
I began my yoga journey in 2000, in response to my body breaking from a lifetime of running, dance, cycling and hard driving. Through daily hot yoga practice, I learned how to take care of myself, physically, emotionally and spiritually. I trained with Karen Abbott, Bikram Choudhury, Baron Baptiste and many other gifted yoga teachers around the world. I am an intuitive and present teacher and I get a kick out of inviting you to play and explore your EDGE on your yoga mat. I believe in yoga as a path to health and wellness and as a tool for presence and authenticity. I invite you to come and find yourself on your mat.

SENIOR INSTRUCTORS
Ida Ripley
SENIOR YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Ida has been teaching Bikram yoga for thirteen years. She began practicing yoga at a young age, but it wasn’t until she took her first Bikram Yoga class in 2000, that she “found what [she] didn’t know [she] was looking for”. Since 2003, Ida has been teaching full time in several countries around the world and has been teaching in depth classes, seminars and retreats since 2009.
Ida represented Canada for 5 years, competing at the highest level of the International Hatha Yoga Championships, including a silver medal in 2009. Through her years of competing, she has had the good fortune to train with and learn from the most prestigious teachers around the world.
No matter your yogi level, flexibility, knowledge or experience, Ida's goal is to leave you feeling excited about your practice.
Frankie Grausam
SENIOR INSTRUCTOR SINCE 2001
My traditional practice began in 1999 after a friend suggested Hot Yoga at a time when my world was pretty much upside down. I was very hesitant but was willing to try anything that could possibly make me feel better. After my first class, I was hooked. In my practice I found physical healing, emotional release and mental peace. I fell in love, and I knew pretty quickly after my first class that I wanted to become a yoga teacher. I followed my heart and graduated Bikram yoga teacher training in the fall of 2000 and I have been teaching 6 - 8 classes a week ever since.
From 2001-2015 I was part owner of two successful hot yoga studios in Seattle. I sold my studios in order to pursue one of my passions - teaching folks who love this yoga as much as I do how to teach effectively, efficiently and with great compassion. I have learned so much and I am so excited to have the time now to share my knowledge with others who are also passionate about Traditional hot yoga and help to train them to become the best teachers they can be.
Christian Kline
SENIOR INSTRUCTOR SINCE 2008
As a teacher, I empathize with the students and try to impart why the challenge is key to growth. Through teaching I continue to learn more about how to teach better and how to learn better, as well as how to be better.
I’ve been privileged to spend years working with and learning from Emmy Cleaves and other great teachers. This has been one of the most amazing experiences on this journey, and has given me insight on when to push, when to encourage and when to ignore.

I’ve taught all over the United States, Australia, New Zealand, and France. I’ve competed in competition, taught at teacher trainings, it’s all been on the same path to keep learning and growing.
