Never taken Hot Pilates classes? That's okay! The high intensity interval training (HIIT) keeps your heart rate up and helps burn fat quickly. The Joseph Pilates principles introduce the art of breathing to increase the activation of stabilizing muscles and sculpt your body, creating long, lean muscle mass. The heat also loosens up the muscles quickly, and the humidity makes you sweat — elevating your heart rate, boosting metabolism, and promoting detoxification.​
Combining Hot Power Vinyasa and Hot Pilates will bring you to a new level
Daily classes will explore upper body strength and arm balances to guide you to attain a perfect balance of strength and flexibility. Mornings begin with a Hot Power Vinyasa yoga class at 8:30 AM. After class complement your sessions while working on a the perfect tan at the pristine and private European beach at Punta Serena. (It's 2019 and the full body tan has never been more popular!) Hot Pilates classes will begin at 5:30 PM
