• Deposits (25% of total)  are fully refundable up until 45 days prior. After that deposits may be used as a credit to future retreats. Note tht the resort has 23 rooms total so there is consistent demand for rooms. Once balances are paid in full they are non-refundable but they are transferable in the event of illness for up until one year from postponement

• Full balance required 45 days prior to arrival date. Less than 45 days before the resort has the option to release the rooms if payment is not made by that time.

 

• ​​No refunds after full payment is made except for emergency situations (We exclude acts of nature)

 

• All balances due either through electronic on website Hotels Booking Page or through final invoice. Other forms of payment: cashiers/bank check or by wire transfer (bank account and routing # will be provided).Checks should be sent to: Marquis Lifestyle Vacations
